Canada Day 2

You can go really, really fast in Canada ;)
I of course was most excited to go grocery shopping and get all the candy we don't have in the States. Especially Kinder Eggs!
 She's just the cutest

The first day in Canada was actually miserable. It rained hard most of the morning and the kids did not sleep good. So Benson and Emery fell asleep in the car on the way to the bird zoo. I stayed in the car with them so they could sleep longer while Nick went in with Kenzie. But then they woke up (super grumpy) and we braved the weather and ran in.
It was the Bloedel Conservatory within the Elizabeth Garden. It was small, but it was indoors and the kids enjoyed it.

Next we went to Granville Island Market
I loved it. I love just window shopping and looking at all the different foods and things for sale. We ate some butter tarts that were ok, and some nanaimo bars that were really good.
They have a kids market that is pretty fun.
We told the kids they got $5 to spend and they chose some new beanie boos of course.

They were being cute playing together with their beanie boos

There was a bunch of signs and other things in French. And there were a lot of asians and asian restaurants everywhere. And when driving we noticed they didn't really have left turn signals. And everything is in km.
