Halloween

We went to our ward Halloween Trunk or Treat party this weekend. I get really into dressing the whole family up for Halloween. So far no one has complained about it...we'll see how long that lasts. It is always a last minute decision to dress the whole family up. This event was Saturday night and has of Friday morning Kenzie was the only one with a costume! It was a lot of fun to do and I made my Fairy Godmother costume. It's super simple if you know some sewing basics. I folded the blue fabric in half and laid down on it and cut the shape of the dress around me. Then I sewed up the sides and sleeves and that's basically it! If you want better details try googling a hooded gown tutorial and just use that.

Kenzie had a blast and loved having all of us dressed up. And now when she plays dress up, I have something to wear too!
